Raees Ahmed Khan, kit no. 444/Latif House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1963 in 9th Class and left the college in 1967 after completing his Intermediate.

He was born on 14 June 1949 and got married to Mrs. Roohi on 22 October 1976. They have 3 children - Rabia, Rizwan and Raafia.

He expired at Lahore on 27 February 2006.

Raees Ahmed Khan was a member of the College Shooting Team at Petaro. He was a member of the Famous Forties in 1966. He was also the Editor-in-Chief of The Cadet college magazine in 1967.

After his graduation from Karachi University in 1970, he built a career in marketing and advertising. During the decade prior to his death, he built Agora Consultants and was the CEO of the company.

During its early years, Raees Khan was very active with the Petarian Association. He was a founding member and was on the Managing Committee many times. He also became the President of the Association for one term.

During his last few years, he was not keeping good health. He suffered from diabetes, which eventually led to renal failure and his death in 2006.
