Lt.Cdr. Rao Badar Shafat - 2004

Rao Badar Shafat, kit no. 8216/Latif House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1982 in 8th class and left the college in 1985 after completing his Matric.

He was born on 28 February 1969 and got married to Mrs. Huma on 9 August 1995. They have 4 children. The family is settled in Karachi.

Badar joined Pakistan Navy shortly after leaving Petaro. While was still a lieutenant, he was appointed as the Adjutant of Cadet College Petaro in the year 2000. Shortly thereafter he was promoted as a Lieutenant Commander. He served the college as adjutant for 2 years until 2002.

He has been a very active member of the Petarian Association. He has served the Association in different positions in the Managing Committee over the past few years.
