Raheel graduated in Metallurgical Engineering from
Dawood Engineering College, and got his Masters in
Mechanical Engineering from Russia.
During his years at Dawood Engineering College, he
was a member of the Karachi University Squash team
(1974-1975).
His first job was as
a Lecturer at Mehran University, Jamshoro. He then
joined Pakistan Steel Mills as an Engineer.
In recent years,
Raheel was the Chairman of the Pakistan Water &
Sewerage Board. He is also a member of the FPCCI.
I remember Raheel
vividly during our days at Latif House. He was a
joy to have him as a colleague in our house, as
was the case with almost all of our juniors. It
gives me happiness to see his success. |
