Mansoor Ahmed - 1969

Nasir Ahmed, kit no. 668/Jinnah House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1965 and left the college in 1970 after completing his Intermediate.

He was born on 16 April 1952 at Sangla Hill in Punjab. He expired in an accident of a midget submarine in 1976. He never got married.

Nasir, often referred to as Shahji, was a member of the College Basketball team. He was also a member of the Famous Forties of 1968.

After leaving Petaro, he joined Pakistan Navy in 1970 and was commissioned as an officer in 1972 after the war was over. He was a member of the SSG and considered to be a star officer.

Unfortunately, Lt.PN Nasir left this world very early.  He was aboard a midget submarine off the cost of Sir Creek, when it disappeared in the waters. All crew aboard that submarine expired including Lt.PN Nasir. May Allah have mercy on his soul.
