Karamullah Memon, kit no. 7602/Liaquat House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1975 in 7th Class and left the college in 1981 after completing his Intermediate.

He was born on 15 August 1963, and was married to Dr. Farah Deeba on 11 December 1992. They have one daughter - Amaima Fatima.

Karam is currently the Deputy Director of Municipal Training and Research Institute at Karachi.

He has been a very active member of the Petarian Association, and has served on its Managing Committee a few times.
