وَلا
تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ
أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَكِنْ لا تَشْعُرُونَ
And say not of those who are slain in the way of
Allah: "They are dead." Nay, they are living,
though you perceive (it)
not. [Al-Qur'an 2.154]
Ghulam Mustafa joined Sindh Police after leaving
Petaro. Before his death, he was posted as the SHO
at Qasimabad, Hyderabad. While he was on duty, he
received a call from a flat in his area that some
dacoits had broken in. Out of a sense for duty, he
rushed to the spot with one other police sipahi on
a motorbike. When he approached the scene of the
crime, the dacoits started shooting and he fired
back at them. A bullet struck him in his stomach
and he succumbed to his injuries. It is great men
who fight for the sake of others and for the rule
of the law and peace. Ghulam Mustafa was one of
them.
May Allah accept his shahadat and grant him the
choicest place in Jannatul Firdaus. |
