Cadet Asad Abbas Kazmi

Capt. Asad Abbas Kazmi - Shaheed, kit no. 8230/Qasim House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1982 and left the college in 1987 after completing his Intermediate.

He was born on 14 May 1969, and obtained his shahadat in 26 March 1993 at Siachen Glacier during an encounter with Indian forces.

وَلا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَكِنْ لا تَشْعُرُونَ
And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: "They are dead." Nay, they are living, though you perceive (it) not. [Al-Qur'an 2.154]

May Allah accept his shahadat and grant him the choicest place in Jannatul Firdaus.
