Asif Hasan Warsi, kit no. 8286/Liaquat House joined Cadet College Petaro in 1982 in 8th class and left the college a few months later to join Pakistan Steel Cadet College, Karachi.

He was born on 11 February 1969 at Hyderabad. He never married, and died young on 17 November 1992 in an air crash.

He was the only son of Prof. Abdul Muquit Warsi.

Asif had his early schooling at the Govt School at Petaro. And when his father moved to Habib Public School, Karachi, he moved there as well.

In 1982, when Prof. Warsi returned to Petaro, he took admission as a cadet in 8th class at Cadet College Petaro. But when Prof. Warsi decided to move the same year to Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi, Asif also moved with him and was in the first batch of PSCC which had been established that year.

After completing his Matric, he left PSCC due to his great interest in aviation and flying. He joined Shaheen Aviation to become a pilot in 1986. After qualifying in various courses and training programs, he proceeded to the USA for further training.

On 11 November 1992, while he was flying a small trainer aircraft, he crashed over New Jersey and expired. His body was brought back to Karachi where he is buried.
