Friday,
24th December:
Arrive at CCP latest before dinner (any time am/pm) and register
Dinner followed by a Keynote addresses by a prominent Petarian
Classical Pakistani Movie after dinner
Night stay at Houses or in the hall underneath stadium.
Practice drill / march past for those who have forgotten how to dig their
heels and keep step after midnight
Saturday,
25th December:
Riding / PT / shooting
Shower
Breakfast
March past and Assembly by delegates in uniform
9am
to 11am - 1st session: four presentations of 20 minutes
each and 40 minutes for discussion
11-11:15am - Tea break
11:15am to 1:15pm - 2nd sesssion: four presentations of 20
minutes each and 40 minutes for discussion
1:30-2:30pm
- Lunch
3:00-5:00pm Football, cricket, hockey, squash matches/Extra Drill for
smokers
6:00-8:00pm - 3rd session: Reminiscences of Petaro Days -
Each participant from the floor will be given 3-5 minutes to speak
8:30pm - Dinner followed by Keynote Speech and distribution of awards.
Night program an all-Petarian show Petarian performers.
Sunday,
26th December:
Riding
/ PT / shooting
Shower
Breakfast
9am to 11am - 4th session: Parallel workshops on different
subjects like education, healthcare, infrastructure development, etc
11-11:15am - Tea break
11:15am to 1:15pm - Final session: Presentations by
Workshop coordinators to finalize proposals, resolutions, action plans and
the Petaro Declaration 2004
1:30-2:30pm - Lunch followed by Keynote Speech and Gift to CCP by
the participants
Pack your bags and leave [only those who were awarded further Extra
Drill or Caning for nefarious activities may stay back until the evening]
