Capt. Sajjad Ilahi Malik, PN, was the ninth principal/commandant of Cadet College Petaro from 1991-1994. 

After leaving Petaro, he was promoted to the rank of a commodore, and then retired from the Pakistan Navy in the late 1990s on that rank.

Cdre.(R) S.I. Malik was born on 14 March, 1945 and got married to Mrs. Masooma on 6 October 1972. They have four children.

Cdre.(R) S.I. Malik expired at Islamabad on 15 June, 2004 of cancer.
