The
Riding Club was established at Petaro in the year 1962 with a
presentation of two horses to the College by Col. Nur Ahmed Malik of
Indus Rangers. Since then, a number of excellent horses have been
acquired by the college over the years, which have provided a great
opportunity to the cadets to learn horseback riding and participate
in equestrian sports.
Some of the most famous horses in the Petaro stables were Anarkali,
Topaz, Jacaranda, Black Beauty, and others.
