Sheikh Jamil Ahmed was the second Bursar of Cadet College Petaro. He joined the college in 1960, and remained in the position until his death in 1985.

He was born on 1 February 1927 at Dhurnal, Tehsil Talagang, Dist. Chakwal and got married to late Mrs. Fatima. They have four children.

Sheikh Jamil Sb expired on 19 June 1985 at Hyderabad.

Sheikh Jamil Sb had suffered from acute myocardial invective while he was still at Petaro. He was taken to CMH in Hyderabad, and he expired. His body was transported to his village Dhurnal in Tehsil Talagang, and buried there.
